Unsupported STL files and errors

Move is almost over.

As many of you know in the past 4 months we moved store, house and I got a new job, things got a bit out of control and I am behind with emails and replies. All I can do is apologize. In the background we have been working. All resin models were shipped and delivered by now. 

Unsupported STL files

I finally managed to upload them... if you want the unsupported version email me at [email protected] make sure to send me your KS ID so I can check on your pledge. 

Back to work...

Now back to work, I will have another 2 weeks of on/off time as for the move. And the new job is time consuming... 

Shipping update

Shipping Status

All packages got mailed a few weeks ago, just before we started the move to the new house. 

The UK Packages were sent as a single box, and just cleared customs on Friday, should be delivered to the person doing the UK internal shipping Mon or Tue. He will use Royal Mail to send them so no import taxes for you as we paid them ahead of time. 

What is going on? No updates and responses?

If you are a returning backer you know we post weekly updates on all the status. But in the past month we sold and then bought a new house, and rented a new store for Heresy. So we are doing a double move,  and fulfilling store orders twice a week. The new house still has no internet, and should get it by Tuesday. Not to mention the huge amount of IKEA furniture I am assembling arrrgghhhh so accept my apologies if our coms are slow, but your pledges all have shipped and some probably delivered by now. 

I hope that in another 2 or 3 weeks we will get back to normal ops.

Production has arrived

A few days to unpack check the models and start sending the models. 

If you need to change your delivery address this is the time to do so, or any other issue please contact me at [email protected] (email response is slow sorry :( ...)

Shipping and Tracking

The new courier is very reliable, once ready you will get an email for each step your package does. The email used is the one you inserted in backerkit, please follow it. If returned because not delivered due to backer negligence we will charge shipping again. We will provide more details very very soon in next update. 

Unsupported Files

A real nightmare for me, if you are in a rush, please email me at [email protected] with a list of files you requested and I will manually sort them out for you. Again apologies for the delay, we were not aware that backer wanted also the unsupported version of the files. And we are having a very hard time uploading due to internet connection issues we that can't be fixed by our provider. We have very slow ADSL and is not stable, Fiber is a dream.. hopefully the new location will have a much better connection.

Production

We just got tracking for the models, they should get here very soon, customs permitting. 

Once here we will post an update and start shippping them.

NON SUPPORTED STL

A real nightmare, as my connection is very unstable is hard to upload the models, I have asked help from a friend hope to upload them and share by the end of the week. I apologize for the delay, we were not aware that a few wanted unsupported models.
