Update 04/04/2021 - Production and STL issues

Sorry for the absence...
As many are aware, we are almost done moving the shop to a new facility, with teh COVID lockdown is taking ages, and we should move to a new house by the end of April. This is causing many delays in email replies. But we are catching up.
Production
The factory said the production of the resin models is almost done, maybe a few more weeks before they send them. As soon as we get them they will start going out. The new courier has proved to be ultra reliable delivering with no issues 99.9% of packages on 1000 we sent since Jan.
STL issues
I am still struggling to upload the non supported files to drobox, connection is awful, but working on it.
Any issue please email me at: [email protected] please just one email, I reply everyone. More email only cause confusion and delays.

STL downloads
Seems like last download is working fine apart from a few users.
Tomorrow I will setup an email to manage the pledges not received or people having issues with the downloads.
STL not from Greater God where are them?
They are coming, I am waiting on backerkit to transfer the rules for download form the previous KS, this should happen early next week... they are coming.

Sorry for lack of communications and responses. I am working on the move of Heresy to a new location, and moving to a new home in late April.. not to mention I may be changing my real job in a few weeks. I know is not your problem :) but wanted to explain why the delays... I am working on all issues and resin production.
Not supported STL files
I am working on them, as soon as ready will post an update and release unsupported versions for the ones asking for them. Be patient my internet connection is garbage and to upload 1GB it takes up to 4 hrs sometimes... when it doesn't crash.
Email & Contact
Please use only the comments on the KS to leave messages until I get a specific email to handle issues. Sending emails to the other emails, FB, messenger will not speedup your request. I am alone and more emails and messages will only slow down delivery and create more confusion. I will publish a dedicated email next week to sort any STL issue or request.
I am here and all issue will be solved! Don't worry
We delivered over 25 KS in less than 3 years.. 500+ models and over 10000+ resin miniatures, we will fulfill this one also and in time. STL were set for March so we are on time :) am I?

There was a dropbox limit I wasn't aware of, uploading the models again.
I will do 1 ZIP file and share it. Please be patient by tonight or tomorrow this time I will release the files again.
I will remove the 7 day limit, but after 2 weeks I will kill the share. Please let me know if you need more time to get them.
PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME :) I ALREADY HAVE OVER 100 EMAIL TO REPLY TO FOR THE OTHER KS.

Just got them
Very busy week for me, tomorrow will try to look at them and start mass production asap.
This is an extra step we are now doing to avoid size issues as we had on a few minis before.

Sorry for the absence, but as many are aware we just rented new space as we did not fit in the actual space. And we have a live KS. I will catchup with any email asap.
Remember the only way to get an answer is to email [email protected] any other contact will be ignored if about a KS. Please only 1 email, I do reply all of them.

Are pretty much done, ATLAS will deliver them very soon so I can upload them and share asap.
